Varad pin type shell mould fuser and mould straightner reduces parting line flesh. In this arrangement of holes in the upper and lower are identical so that one can easily arrange pressure pins facing each other and also, the pins can be changed quickly. The body of machine strongly built up in steel fabricated structure. The fuser is operated by switch actuated solenoid valve. After set time is over the fuser opens automatically to receive another mould.
