These machines provide automatic operations, including sand blowing, gassing, purging cycles, and mechanized core removal. They can be equipped with an amine gun generation unit for enhanced performance.

The Varad shell moulding machine has revolutionized shell moulding production with its precise design and large-scale production capacity. This four-station automatic shell moulding machine features a square rotary table with match plates on each side. The table’s rotation operates at fast and slow speeds with a brake system controlled by limit switches. The four stations include: investment, preheating, after heating, and ejection. Only one operator is required to operate the machine.
The machine also features a bucket elevator on one side, which elevates sand to the top hopper for sieving. Below the top sieve hopper is a pneumatically operated butterfly valve for efficient sand flow control.
